💡 Startup Fee: $100 for Silver | $175 for Gold and Platinum — waived when you pay the full year upfront.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts! You can cancel anytime. But regular service provides the best long-term results.
What are the startup fees?
The startup fee is $100 for the Silver Plan and $175 for both the Gold and Platinum Plans. This covers setup, inspection, and initial treatment. The fee is waived when you pay for the full year in advance.
How does payment work?
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept card, cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. If you have a card on file, we’ll charge it after the service is completed. Annual pre-pay customers are not affected by this policy.
Can I add mosquito or tick control to Silver or Gold?
Yes! You can add monthly mosquito and tick control (April–September) to any plan at a discounted rate without upgrading to Platinum.
Do I need to be home for service?
No, as long as we have access to the exterior and gates are unlocked. We’ll notify you ahead of time. Interior treatments can be scheduled separately.
What pests are covered under the Silver Plan?
Silver includes coverage for ants,(Includes Carpenter Ants), Mice, Rats,spiders, stink bugs, centipedes, millipedes, fleas, wasps, Hornets,Crickets, Carpenter Bees,boxelder bugs, and more.
Do you offer natural treatment options?
Yes! We offer botanical-based products upon request for a more natural pest control approach.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve homes in Sussex, Warren, Morris, and parts of Passaic County, New Jersey.
Can I add Gutter Cleaning?
Yes! You can add gutter cleaning to any Home Service Plan for a discounted rate. Clean gutters help prevent mosquito breeding and pest entry.
