Our Home Protection Service Plan provides year-round protection from common insects and rodents. With scheduled quarterly visits, our team helps prevent and control pest activity inside and around your home — giving you peace of mind all year long.

What to Expect During Each Quarterly Service
- Interior inspection of attic, basement, unfinished areas, and attached garage
- Treatments applied indoors if needed or requested
- Full inspection of the home’s exterior and property
- Removal of wasp nests
- Spider web removal up to 20 ft
- Exterior barrier treatment applied to foundation and eaves
- Rodent monitoring with traps or bait stations as needed
- Free service calls between quarterly visits if pests reappear
- Natural/organic treatment options available upon request
Service Scope & Important Notes
- Frequency: 4 scheduled services per year (~every 90 days). Free in-between visits if activity persists.
- Interior: Kitchens, baths, basements, attics, garage, utility rooms — targeted only where needed.
- Exterior: Foundation, eaves/soffits, entry points, utility lines, decks/sheds (ground contact), wasp/hornet nests.
- Rodents: Monitoring, exclusion tips, traps and/or bait stations as needed.
How to Prepare for Your Visit
- Clear access to foundation, basement utilities, and attic hatch
- Unlock gates and secure pets indoors during service
- Trim vegetation touching the house; reduce heavy yard clutter
- Tell us about recent pest sightings or sensitive areas before we begin

Questions & Answers
How fast will I see results?
Many wasp/hornet and spider issues resolve the same day. Ants and rodents may take a few days as targeted products and traps work. Free touch-ups are included between quarterly visits if needed.
Is this safe for kids and pets?
Yes — we use labeled products at appropriate rates, focusing on exterior barriers and targeted interior spots. We’ll review any sensitive areas before service and advise re-entry times if applicable. Natural options available.
Do you service attics and crawl spaces?
Yes — When Safe to do so.
Can I add mosquito & tick without going Platinum?
Absolutely. Add the seasonal Mosquito & Tick Reduction program (April–September) to Silver or Gold at a discounted rate.
